God is in Control

Take a great statement to realize that things are from God. The Iglesia de Cristo has been in God’s hands and his future too.  Our lives are devoted to Him, and He controls everything in our life and our desires. When we have faith in Him, our life can have rest Him, and our mind should be focused on him especially for those wishes and plans for His kingdom. But He still is in control, every step, every minute, every month, and every year. 
 The Iglesia de Cristo in STL.  is established in His name. We preach, we serve together, we make activities for spiritual growth, but He is in control. All we need to do now is preach, And He will guide us and save us.

Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

Ministry 
We have been helping some couples and marriages, with calls and sessions, preaching and continuing to teach Bible studies.  God is in control.  We had attendance this past month in February high number 43 and on Wednesday high number of 10.

Media
This past month I preached on Facebook live. The topic: The house that Jesus couldn’t come in. We had a lot of good listeners and assistances. Some were asking for time of worship and locations too. We are praying that we can touch many hearts as we preach to the world His gospel. I saw on Facebook statistics of where people listen and areas too. ​Marriage Meeting
This past month of February, we had our first marriage meeting of the year. Our goal is to reenforce marriages and couples that aren’t married. We had the meeting on Sunday afternoon from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.  We taught about: Trusting your marriages. We gave two sessions, number one: Characteristics of a couple that trust each other. Number two: Three effective ways to trust your spouse. Then, we had one session in couples. (therapy) It was very encouraging even for new couples or women that came by themselves. Everybody had a great time together and understood through the bible the wisdom and guidance of God’s word.

​Bilingual Services 
We had our first services in two languages for 2024. (English and Spanish) We appreciated your will to come to praise our God together and serve Him in two languages. Our attendance this past February the 28th was high number of 86 ( 46 Spanish attendees and 40 English families) We are so happy that we all listening the word of God by Our brother JP. We all went to our homes motivated and with good memories of serving together in Christ Jesus.  
We also had a fellowship meal to celebrate the birthdays in February. We had a great time, kids served, having fellowship, and getting to know more each other more and more.

​Family 
We were so happy to be able to go to FHU lectureship in the Spanish and part of the English one too. My kids love every lesson and everyday activities.  We brought one more brother from our youth to be in both activities. He and my kids loved it too.  This time we had members that came to the Spanish seminar too. When I saw them coming, it was up lifting for me and Kristi. For them to come for one day, traveling late at night to be there in the first out in the morning too, was an encouragement. They were Learning and helping also in the seminar. We are all so proud of them. After everything is said and done, God knows our hearts, and the works we do for the Kingdom. All you need to do is trust in Him every day, every week, every month, and in every way.  If you put your trust in him, you know that He was, He is, and He will be in Control of everything.
